I GOT A POCKET FULL OF SUNSHINE
November is now coming to a close end and I have just begun to open my eyes and realize that the presentations of the senior projects are just around the corner. I think my heart is going to fail. I am the biggest time waster in history, even though I tell my mind that I am going to finish and work on so many things I tend to lie and just warp into a different world, I currently do not have T.V because my little siblings busted our plasma that we had in the living room. If you’re wondering whether or not my mother is mad, the answer is yes, like who wouldn’t be, the price of the T.V is probably equal to the price of a computer, I don’t know. Thanksgiving is just 3 days away that’s the good thing maybe I can just eat my sorrow away, or feel bad about the fact that I am devouring so many calories. I never really understood why they
celebrated thanksgiving, I remember being told about it having to do with the pilgrims but then my mind goes blank when trying to retrieve the rest of the facts. Moving on with a different subject, the class that I am currently working on completing several assignments for would have to be my physics class, it is one of the hardest classes that I have ever known, Mr. Coles is an amazing physics teacher but his physics vocabulary is too much for me to comprehend. When talking about one of my more easier classes I would have to say its Mrs. Caballeros would make the list, her class basically has to do with the understanding of computer resources, some examples would be, typing an essay, creating a PowerPoint, or the basic understanding of how to type without seeing while placing your fingers on the home row keys. Since I previously was enrolled in a typing class in the 6th grade and grow up typing, her class was a piece of cake.
Overall, there has been some good news, the first being that I am no longer depressed but rather happy because I have completed and turned in my letter to panelists and resume, I wonder if Garza was surprised to see that I turned in something for a change, he didn’t look surprised he kind of
looked frustrated because he knew that this semester was coming to a end too. Now the only thing that is left is my visual representation, finishing the
autobiographical narrative, and finding a way to scan my documents onto my website. When I turned in my job shadow papers to Garza he told me he could scan those onto my website so maybe and hopefully everything will turn out for the better, now the only thing that is left is to find out a way to finish the rest of my senior projects. Another thing that I forgot to tell you before we went off to this thanksgiving break I was informed by Mrs. Lopez that the senior projects do have to done and completed before Christmas break, so this moment of laziness that I believed I been carrying around has to go away and I have to put the pedal to the meadow.
