Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own
actions.

Visual Representation: A sunflower is a great representation of my life and personality; however the sunflowers in my drawing include details of my life, a little piece of my childhood. By analyzing the photo one can distinguish the fact that I acknowledged the drawings by Vincent Van Gogh. However, the differences we share is the actual drawing itself, his representation of the drawing and mine are very different due to the fact that the drawing published by him is recognized as “18 sunflowers”, when observing mine you may notice that I have drawn only 10 sunflowers. When describing my self-interpretation of myself, I have taken a piece of art to better understand how they both tie together.
I began to draw at the age of 8 years old, the first artistic photograph that I analyzed was the drawing of Vincent Van Gogh, “18 sunflowers”,
I found myself drawing several self-creations of the photo and distributing them between family members. At the time I did not live with my mother but did know where she currently resided in, so I mailed the photos to her. When I questioned my mother’s thought about the drawing she told me “I thought you were depressed so I consulted a psychologist and found out that what you were drawing represented happiness”, I smiled at her knowing that no matter what I was undergoing I was a happy child and to hear it from my mother, the person who knows me best, is a way of proof.
Vincent Van Gogh’s “18 sunflowers” shares a great quantity of my life experiences because I remember sharing my love for the art to everyone.
Like the interpretation of the psychologist I do live as a happy child, happiness is what I aim for not matter in what situation I am in. My personality
is very identical to what many refer to a joyous person, I am human so I do cry but when crying I try to establish an idea of a happy moment to cheer up my current mood.
